Combat Medic Archive

Hey i was just starting to go up cm and got the novice thyroid rupture. I tried using it on someone in a duel and it didnt stick once and didnt even show a thing in the combat logs regarding whether i just missed or fail to stick it on him. I then tried electrlyte drain and it stuck the first time. Is this something new? or has it been bugged? or is my character just bugged :/

i had the same problem, it is like a 5% chance to stick, get improved and it sticks literally every time

Yes improved does stick almost every time

Its bugged. The advanced version is great. Have you tried using an enhancer? If you do, let us know what happens.
