Combat Medic Archive

I don't know if anyone of you have seen this but I can't seem to find help anywhere.

When I make my BEC, CRDM, and LS's I pull some out of the crates and then insert them into my factory along with the rest of the ingredients. Now sometimes it will pull the items out of the crates to make the Stim's and sometimes it won't.

I was wondering if anyone has the same problem and if they have found a way around it. My factory only holds 100 items that means I can only make about 32 stims at a time. Thanks
