Thread: Poison/Disease gives no XP when killing monsters! Change Plz!

I went out to fort tusken with a bunch of poisons. Guess what? You get no XP from it! Not even combat XP! I think that attacking with poisons/disease should give combat XP!

did you shoot with anything else or just poison? because you ussually have to get in any sort of attack aside from just the Dot.

Experience from Poisons and Diseases is given at application, not death. Neither does it count as real damage...I suspect it is to prevent people from using dots to kill mobs without risk.

Applying poison gives you medical xp, not combat xp, and it is given at application.

nothing that causes a bleed gives exp.
as a carbineer if i hit actionshot as my only attack i get no exp. i used this to powerskill my newbie friend thru unarmed combat. ( he wants to be a smuggler for some reason)

You get xp for each target you land on.... you get combat exp for healing same group combatants.... kinda cool but still worthless if your the healer on faction missions
