Make a schematic:

Go to a public/private food crafting station and start making the item that you want to factory using your regular crafting tool. Experiment it up, then choose to make a factory schematic instead of a prototype.

Got to the factory and open the ingredients hopper. Put in the EXACT SAME ingredients you used to make the schematic. If your making a stimC for example, all the BEC's, LS's, etc have to be EXACTLY the same, from a factory.

after putting in the ingredients click the button to access the schematic slot. select your schematic and install it into the factory.

Then start it running.

Note: factories are still a little buggy, so dont be surprised when the stop prematurely, and other stuff.

try the radial menu, it comes with a tutorial to every screen.

1 thing you should know. you need to make a schematic for the items you want to produce, this can be done at any public orin the case ofadvanced items apersonal crafting station. when youre crafting near the station you will get the option of making a schematic in stead of an item.

the schematic can then be inserted into your factory and the item created inup to 100 copies.
