was thinking if they dont put in medical mission terms...why not get paid for healing in the medcenter...docs can register at the hospital...make it so CM's can too..then if you're registered you get paid for every patient you tend to. Either make it a flat fee or make it based on amount of healing. this way the medical elite can honestly get paid for what they do. then that way tips would be just that...tips...
