If you throw more than one poision grenade a a player or creature, does it double the poision damage over time? In other words, If I throw a poision at someone and it hits for 100 damage every5 seconds, and I throw another poision 5 seconds after the first, the poisioned person should get 200 damage every 5 seconds while the two grenades are working together... Is this correct? Does it apply to disease as well?

You cannot stack poisons that attack the same HAM pool.

You would only be re-applying the poison.

Same thing goes for diseases.

Although I do believe you can stack a mind poison with a mind disease, but I have not tested this.

yes you can throw a poison/disease on the same person. You can't throw two mind poisons on someone and deal 2x the damage. I don't know if you can for example throw an action/mind poison on something and have both take effect.
