Thread: -5 CM CA attachment question

I just bought a +3 CM exp CA, when the person delivered it they gave me another CA saying they had no use for it. The CA has -5 CM exp and +1 to something, i think taking cover... He said there may be a use for it and to check here. So here i am asking you, is there a use for a -5 CM exp CA or should i just destroy? Thanks for the help

It's useless. Might as well destroy it.
