Certs are listed on the gun only and not in your skill trees. The alliance disruptor is still MCM only.

sounds factionish to me. ill have a look on my weaponsmith and see if there is a schematic when i catch the server up

Please excuse this question, but I thought Master CM's were suppose to get a cert for a gun. I don't remeber which one but has this changed?

More than likely it will be a loot item similar to Nym's slugthrower or a loot schematic like featherweight FWG5's. New weapons have already been added to WS which adds more weight to this arguement since certain schems aren't there.
