These items are a huge pain to craft 7-9 subs (ouch), has anyone been able to figure out what the effectiveness of the pack actually translates into? What is the difference between the base skill and using the enhancers (ie deuterium enhancer, neurotoxin enhancer etc) and i assume the enhancers for the debuffs are just better chances of hitting target? (has anyone tested this with a large sample size?)

well i have loads that got converted from poisons etc.. and they tick for about 50% of the effectiveness on them.. better than the base skills.. the best stuff that got converted got 750 eff =/ .. ticks for half that

I crafted a neurotoxin enhancer that was about 1150 effectiveness. The enhancers do nothing on top of basic ability. Enhancers are BROKEN. Why has noone else realized this. CM enhancers and Doc nutrient enhancers were broke on TC andI know for a fact nothing has changed for the combat meds.

That wouldnt quite explain why we're seeing different ticks of the poison/fire between non enhanced tosses and enhanced tosses.

Maybe its a random value? I had innate ability tick for 250 while enhancer ticked for 242.

i have tested doc and cm in a grp over the past few days, and have not found that my converted enhancers made ANY difference. None of them.

Unfortunately, there isn't much info the BE correspondent can take to the devs. I'm not doubting they're broken but we really need some good testing to be done on this topic.
Find a friendly test subject and do the following:
Hit him/her 10 times with innate abilities
Hit him/her 10 times with a converted enhancer (800/30)
Hit him/her 10 times with a crafted 950+ enhancer
Record the results after each attack and post it here.
Make sure the subject is as vanilla as possible. No foods or drinks, armor, etc. and don't change subjects in the middle.

Yes, very competently. I think it shows the enhancers do work.

All the enhancements I have tried do nothing different than putting the skill on the hotbar.
