Hi, I'm starting getting into the crafting/business portion of CM, and I need your opinion of some Support stims I've made...


Area Stim C-

38 Uses

825 Healing

22 Range

32 AoE

86 CM use


Ranged Stim E-

47 Uses

1125 Healing

20 Range

96 CM use

Cool, thanks alot...


When experimenting, what variable controls the range/AoE? I thought it was effectiveness, but that doesn't seem to work well....

The trick on AE stims is to use copper instead of aluminum. Generally Copper has a higher CD rating which will increase your range and AE. Experimenting effectiveness will increase your AE rating as well but if you can increase the base by using a better resource then you will come out ahead. Experimenting charges will increase the base range.

For ranged stims I found arare type of Phrik Aluminum that has high OQ,CD and UT ratings. I only use it in ranged stims since aluminum is required in Ranged Cs or higher. I currently have about 300k units which will last me a long time. Es only require 12 units of aluminum.

I've always found that anything above 650-700 base heal is a bit overkill for ranged or AE healing. With buffs increasing regen rates and adding in your bonus to heal, you can easily hit up to 2800 (personal high) heal with 650 base. I find that maxing out the range and increasing the charges make a better value overall on a CM stim once you hit 650-700 base heal.


My AE Stim Cs come out at 660 Heal, 25 Rng, 28 AE, 65 Uses. My Ranged Es come out at 700 Heal, 28 Rng, 75 Uses. I use regular CRDMs and they cut the cost down on my overhead.


My shop stocks Ranged Cs (650,24 Rng,57 Uses, 3K) AE Stim Cs (650,23 Rng,27 AE,55 Uses,5K) and AE Stim As (450, 20 Rng,22 AE,35 Uses,2K)
