in my opinion CM is not dabble friendly

Well you're not even going to have 75% of a master combat medic's power, and your range will be at the most about 40m (that's if ALL the experimentation points went into range, meaning you'll have a poison that ticks for like 175 every 10 seconds)...so I have to ask, why bother? As a riflemen you could own people 100x faster then you could with that level of combat medic, I can't even see how that'll help you either since you're going to have to get very close (40m at the most is your throwing range) to even use a poison or disease.
