Having had great battle with imp CMs on Saturday just got a question to the CMs here or the Docs dunno which board to put it on really LOL.
We had a group of about 30 rebels trying to take an imperial Base. We had about 4 CMs constantly bombing us with all sorts of horrors, we managed to incap i thnk 3 of themand NOT DB but unfortunatly some non English speakers didnt quite get the order and kept DBin the last one!! who then clone spammed.
So me and 3 other mast Doc were frantically trying to cure all the poi/dis, now obviously we cure ourselves first as any Doc wud as we can rez. My question is this, as it takes like almost 150+ mind to cure a poi/disease it is right that my cure packs have to match or exceed the poi/dis power pack power to cure in one shot? what im simply saying is, should Docs cures be a one shot 100% success deal or as they are now depend on the power of the cure. I guess if the doc cured straight off he would be well up in a one on one with a CM, but do bare in mind the horrible mind costs to do the cures, you still effectivly drain the mind.
My main problem was the poisons used took 3 cures at times to rid them from myself and teammates, so my mind was screwed! had buffs and brandy etc etc, heat of battle takes it toll lol. I guess we managed to get to 15 outta of the 30 but half the team were incapped and we had no mind tofixthem.
Dont take this as one of those N**F threads cos it isnt, I am a proud Doctor and would like some profession advice and discussionfrom my nearest professional cousins the CMs.
More to the point can we make cures that match the best poisons !!

If you're using 150 mind to cure, you need more focus. Migrate your stats to get more, if you can. Brandy and musician buffs will help too. Just remember that the higher your unbuffed mind/focus/willpower stats, the bigger the dancer and musician buffs you can get.

And a decently made C level cure pack should not only cure *every* poison or disease out there, it should also cure 2 or 3 of them at times....

My guess, as has been stated implicitly, is that you were not using top notch cures. There is an effectiveness rating on them you just don't see it. Do not just experiment with charges as all you will do is make lots of useless cures. Instead scour the galaxy for the best stuff you can find to make your cures. This is what I have done and actualy have never had one fail. (even against the new spider venum) I think it is just a lack of education about how cures work that is the biggest cause of the call for stronger cures.

Yes i was guilty of the charges exp not the effectiveness (visual bug till pub 7) I did craft up some nicer C packs with effect stuffed right up and I was curing 1 shot deals last night, tbh tho i can still only realistically get to 2-3 others and myself, i have cured them, then whack more stuff comes in its a bit impossible i have to say,itdoes get to the stage whereby itslike posion chess LOL..Pesky little CMs we were facing were at 65m or so and kept burst running off or ducking behind buildings out of rangeso very hard to deal with in all honesty. I didnt mind cos i always have a good blast PVPin these days, just damn tricky having to keep up with the non stop Rain of Love as you guys so eloquentlycall it LOL.
I was using 412 rated brandy before, but i was having to use 2 or sometimes 3 cures cos the effectiveness was rubbish, last night was a little better with one shotters thankfully, mind you i cured 4 guys and myself then its rinse repeat, we had about 25 people and 5 docs still not enuff but working on a new set of Sliced Nikes to get me round quicker so should improve 
Main point... max out my cures helped tho thanks fellas
