Are these bad or good.. not sure since I just started CM.
They are pretty good if you are just starting. The ARCs I see you are putting more towards duration over ease of use. Base of 105ish puts that ARC at about 60ish potency I'd say so I assume you are using a 60x105 or so ARC?
On the poison are you using rancor bile? If so you will be much better off using ADMs since using bile practically puts you in melee range of range. If not then you must be using some low CD non-ferrous.
The effectiveness on the disease is right on I can't get my eff to break 100 with the cuirrent resources on Kauri. Your Infection Amps must be pretty stellar. I'd say 60+ in power?
I have not been able to get my infection amps over 53 on tarquinas with the current resourses

Those aren't bad, but the range is horrible...
I can get 60 AiA's on ahazi, have great oq stuff, (978=alum 998=eleton) but the dr's are in the 300's for both. I am not going to complain though....
