Hello I have just made novice cm today and was wondering if any masters or board warriors ahd some tips on what i should do to master quickly. I know how to grind abec's preetty fast so that should'nt be a problem, but i really wanna know is if im a combat medic should i grind by healing my hunting group or should i throw crazy poisons? Also what trees should i9 go up first?

just looking for any tips and advice thanks!

another question i just thought oif is...does poisoning mobs give me medical xp or combat xp or both thanks alot!

First you want to get cm med use 75, i think its CM Support 3. Once you have that, just start throwing area stim C in the theed or coronet cantina. Your other option for maximum xp is to get 5 or 6 friends, have them put on full armor, have their ACTION buffed (but not the substats) and have them all stand there /tumble ing for you. You area stim them for good xp.

While aoe C stimming the theed cantina, on a friday night, you can reasonable expect to get between 1000 and 3000 xp PER HEAL. ( i wrote a macro that threw an area stim c every 60 seconds, while i stood there running my crafting macro. just target the afk entertainer with the highest action drain.)

Using poison and disease DO give medical xp, but not combat xp.

Healing your combat group can give you decent xp, IF THEY ARE NOT BUFFED, or if they dont get their substats buffed. This is more time consuming that the cantina option, but it is MUCH more fun. If you choose this option, i still suggest getting the area stim c option before you go.

also i see your from ahazi.... where can i go to purchase good combat medic poisons and stims ( im too lazy too make them lol)

Thats a good question. I dont find many CM vendors on ahazi. You might try putting in a "LTB Area Stim C" thread in the Ahazi trade forum. There's also a "CM Vendors List" stickied to the top of the CM forum. You might find something there (though all of the vendors I checked were basically empty)

I would offer to hook you up, but i'm all out of Doc Components, and I wont have the time to shop around for a few days.

Go Support 4, Distance 4 then Speed 4. Personally I'd get some AE Poison A's (Any stat) and go to a durni lair (or any low HP mob lair will do).Poke the lair till about 10 or more come out at once, holster your weapon, peace and spam the poison.

At CM0002 you will get the xp equivalent to the rated effectiveness of the poison pack plus your effectiveness bonus. At CM0004 you can start using better poison packs, like AE Bs. At CM1004 your damage on the packs will start gaining more of a bonus to damage and distance. At CM4004 your bonus to damage and distance will be maxed until you reach Master. At this point you will fly through the Speed tree in approximately 30 minutes or so.

Now you may ask "But won't mobs die with so much poison being applied to them?" No, thanks to the +1 nerf the Devs have introduced the easiest way to Power Level a CM.

Another question you may have is "Will I still gain xp for applying a poison pack to a mob with only 1 HP?" Yes, you will gain full XP but it just won't do the damage. Spam the pack like mad. I recommend you buy or make some poison packs made with Rancor biles to maximize the charges. A good pack made with Rancor Bile can have upwards of 90-190 charges on them
