I want to apologize if this topic has already been rehashed in the boards, but my time is rather short at the moment.

Here is the situation I'm concerned about:

I am a Master CM/Master Doc pre-mounts patch. I have the schematics for the advanced CM sub components in my datapad.

One of my guild-mates, is a recent(and now)mid level CM post patch, and she does not have the schematics in her datapad, or on her crafting tool even when by a personal crafting station.

Last night I investigated the skill tree, and discovered that it looks like the advanced subs schematics are missing from the tree all together.

Again, I apologize if this is a known issue- but I didn't notice it on the recent BUG list, and like I said, I unfortunately don't have time to scroll through all the messages to find it.

If someone could be so kind to point me in the right direction to see where this issue is being discussed, I'd appreciate it. And if it has not been brought to light, can this be added to the bug list please?

If your friend is only a mid level CM, it is possible that they do not have access to the advanced schematic yet. They were moved from the medic crafting to high up on the combat medic crafting line so we would get full experimentation without taking doctor. I am not sure if it is the problem the above poster suggested or if you were still looking in the lower medic tree.

I had a problem with this a long time ago and the schematics showed up at the next server reboot. But I found I could still select them with the command line even before that despite them not showing up. Open your crafting tool and /selectDraftSchematic N where N is a number. You will have to browse through all the numbers to get the right one.

However, I looked at my CM crafting tree and didn't see any of the advanced components listed under the crafting boxes as new schematics. Not sure if I'm bugged or what. I mean, I have them in my datapad, so I assumed she would too.

We have another friend grinding through the CM crafting tree, and I think he just made level 4. And he doesn't have them either.

Not sure if it's just a hit or miss or it's a problem on the Tarquinas server. I'll do a bit more investigating and see what turns up.

The schematicsfor Adv. RC's,IA's and DM's got moved to novice CM from what I remember (could bemistaken though)

And you've double checked that they are using a specialized crafting tool (Food and Chem) and are standing near a crafting Droid or Personal Crafting station?

Groupal, they should be in the datapad if he/she isn't, right?

You get the advance schematics at the second level of CM crafting. I checked my datapad, and they do show there, but they are not in alphabeticall order, so they werea bit hard to find. If you are unable to craft them, I would say, send in a ticket, cause they are definatly working for me.

Doesn't seem that they should be moved for mater Medic to that level.I will ask about this today.

they've been moved on to crafting 2 TC for quite a while now, they changed it when they moved the reg schems to novice CM.

Ahh. Right.. On the Datapad.. I missed that little piece of information. (Who say's reading comprehension skills are needed to live on the web?)

They should be there.

I guess my first question is, even though they aren't on the datapad, can they make them?

Might just be a datapad bug.
