If I added up the total valuesof the required stats onthe adv comp ingredients that have actually spawned in the last two months, I'm thinking it would be around 67. Not that this is news, but seeing a titanium finally pop,then seeing it has34DR, well I just had to vent. Thx.

Just thumbed through a database from SWGcraft.com. There was one server that had a titanium aluminum with a DR of 300. I think that is a mistake because the next highest is 174 on a couple of different servers. I think titanium alum has a DR cap of 175. This is out of a couple of hundred different titanium aluminums.

If it was CD I could agree with it, Aluminium just isn't one of natures great conductors. But Decay Resistance? DO the developers have any idea about how long it takes for aluminum to decay?

We had a alum for AiA's with around 550 DR a few months back, so I know it doesnt cap at 175...

Ahazi has had every cm resource spawn within the last 4 months at >850 oq >800 pe, so there is no stealth nerf going on there...

MMM Industries, found at 2540 -4661 near Mos eisley. Food, weapons, powerups, armor, med's, speeders, repair tools, we have it all..

Offer all auction winnings to the food vendor at said waypoint..

You know, I cannot say that I dislike the rarity of resources. The truth is the CM community uses the fact that our resources are hard to get as a reason why we should not be nerfed, and rightly so. No one can even make a 500 tick poison without having these rare resources.

To then come in and say that we need them to spawn more is counter to the argument.

I wonder.. I know if I was creating this game, I would base whether a resource spawned or not off the amount of unused resources that were in the game at that moment. I am sure this is NOT the way this game is, but it is food for thought.

Well... if it could spawn a bit more often but in differing qualities it wouldn't be such a pain. But when you get one spawn every three months and it's likely to be OQ 23 or lower something is wrong.

Hell, I've been hawking slightly good Tolium at 22 creds per unit on the bazaar in Theed. (Made me a fortune I sorely needed as well) that ought to tell us a bit about rarity. If we have values rangeing from 1 to 1000 then exceptional stuff 1000/1000 should spawn almost never. But crappy stuff 1/1 to 300/300 should be almost always aviable. And there should be all kinds of spawns in between. It would do wonders for the echonomy and it would help out new starters.

If you start out as a CM onGorath now, when the Tolium and the Eleton just have spawned you will be left to my mercy and my outrageous prices for the next three months at least if you want to build things yourself. (If the spawn frequency keep the way it has been until now)

Most named resources have gates for all the stats except OQ (which can go from 1 to 1000 on everything I've seen so far).

The highest decay I've seen for titanium aluminum is 172, however the oq was 287 on that craptastic spawn so meh. The gate for titanium aluminum is probably 175-200 max, so just grab any 900+ oq titanium you see and consider it to be damn good whatever the decay is on it.

Certainly keep your eye out for something a bit better, but don't get worked up about how "crappy" your titanium aluminum is cause it's only 915 oq/145decay.
