Combat Medic Archive

With a plus 25 to med war eff will it increase my damage of dots or just my chance to stick them? And how much do you guys think it will add? Has anyone tried it and have some stats to share?

I'm curious about this as well.

very noticable for a non-master cm.... not so much for master but still usefull for times when you can't shock first
