ok guys atm im mtk master pikeman and doc 3000

I need to drop 3000 and make it 2000 because im doing fs grind

I realize that 2000 is pointless in doc when sense instead of 2 rows in medic combat medic takes one row i can do a 4xxx or x4xx or xx4x or xxx4 in combat medic

What is the best tree to go up in combat medic for healing during combat?? Like for pve and pvp

Any help would be apprechiated
