Thread: New to CM Profession Any Advice?

If I do a deuterium toss is it normal to only do 200-300 points per tick? That seems quite low. Is there an enhancement I can buy/use to do more damage?
That's about right, enhancers can add more to the tick but it seems random.
Could any of youlist your 5 most common skills that you use in nearly every fight (PvE or PvP, though I mostly do PvE)? Are any of you Smuggler/CM? If so, any suggestions on playing this template?
I use all the CM abilities, they are all useful. Top 5 would be Electrolyte Drain, Shock, Deuterium Toss Enhancer and Neurotoxin Enhancer.
I realize BH would've been better in terms of maintaining my offensive firepower but I just couldn't give upSmuggler for some reason. I've always related to it and wouldn't feel right not being one.
Thanks in advance for any help.

The pistol correspondant is smelly and so is some guy named Xil. I swear, they give us our own pistol and some newcorro camps on our side of the forum. No cookies for joo!![]()
Go with rifleman. If you want the root you should have points left over to get it. The snipershot is still good even though they are sorta nerfing it.... *grumble

Still, CM/TK is a fun and flexible combo.
Either is good.
