I dont think this one has been mentioned yet ( Not positive, i just kind of skimmed):
Bounty Hunter: 3040
Combat Medic: 4004
An interesting twist i use for hunting Jedi.
If they dont have cure all states, a mind posion + eyeshot is very powerful.
If the do have it, I just drain their force, and get in an occasional tick, while trying to land a torso shot.
They main point is for hunting Jedi in groups, it is just perfect.

Im building this for my alt...."solo"PVE..just finshing up the last boxes in CM
doc 4/2/4/x (can buff myself heal states and all wounds)
TKA x/3/4/4 (I'm a killer....I couldn't imagine how strong TKM would be)
CM 1/x/x/4 (have a few CM effectiveness tapes making me equal to 3/x/x/4)
My plan was to solo high end mobs..but looks like i need to revist that plan, after the mobs were strengthened..nonetheless...i'm having such a blastcreating this build...especially since I usually solo w/my alt. Can't wait to slug poisons and disease.

Master Fencer/4404 CM
I want to include Doctor in it, but not sure what skills to drop for CM (or) Fencer.

I think MCM/Master carbineer would be good. A guy with this template used chargeshot1 to KD me then applied a mind disease. I was a CM 4404 at the time. I was out of commision for the remainder of the battle.

I'm having a ball playing TKM/ Doc 4030/ CM 0004,luv it's support setup for tanking or healing. Thinking about droping2 boxes in Doc & adding 2 more to CM for effectiveness.

Master Doc / Master CM
Theres nothing like the feeling of seeing friends with every state effect inflicted oon them, lying ong the ground being owned by a jedi... Then throwing a ranged Stim at yopur pal, running over, healing his mind then removing ALL state effects allowing him to get up whilst you poison the jedi who then runs off in total disbleif that he didnt just get a kill. If it any other prof then JEdi, youve just earnt yourself some pvp points and a hug eamount of respect =]

sadly chargeshot has a weird animation.. and the KD rate on it doesn't seem to be very high to me.. but you gotta love the states from fullauto 8)..
