That's exactly why I started CM this week. I'm 2342 TKA, and I wanted something to spice up my attacks in PvE (I don't do much PvP). The poison should be a great addition once I can use it effectively - looking forward to a poison/kd/dizzy combo in the near future. Also, I liked the fact that you can pick what pool to hit with poison, since TKAs hit health most often.

my template is nothing special... but i thought i'd add it.


master medic...duh


going for master combat medic... i believe in mastering not dabbling.


and master carbineer. ...carbineer may not be the stand alone best ranged weapon class. but they have decent specials including a ranged knockdown and state affecting specials that actually seem to work sometimes.


have some scout now... but dropping more and more of it as i go up CM


also have a little dancer... cause my toon is just too cute

Somewhat similar to one of the (2 or 3) combos that Grau'din posted, but...

MCM, smuggler 0-0-4-0, pistoleer 0-0-4-0...or at least this is what i'm working towards...may get merchant for 2-3 days just to get vendors.

I'm a master rifleman/master combat medic. I usemy prenerf t21 and usually one hit people, I've found that for solo pvp the combat medic isnt as useful, but on raids and when facing large groups, I couldn't live without it.

Woboi, you are RIGHT ON... I've been master Pistoleer master Combat Medic for 4 months now... what a screw up. It was a huge mistake to pick the pistol profession to pair off with combat medic. Besides it's broken specials, and low low low DPS, it just gest owned by every other combat class out there. The new me will be Master Rifleman/Master Combat Medic. Hell, Master Riflemen can shoot FASTER than Master Pistoleers at 4 times the damage... um, NO BRAINER?!? Pluse I'll be able to target the mind pool with poison and headshot and bleed. Again, it's a no brainer that I really wish I would have seen before going pistoleer. (And I really doubt they will ever fix the pistol profession... more than half of it's specials have been broken since beta... why would I think they will fix them now? LOL) FU DEV Team.



I TOLD them they should have made our spherical space station out of the same magnetically shielded walls as the garbage compactor! -Sleksheea

master doctor/master CM/rifle 4... I use it to hunt krayts, pvp, and buff. get yourself a high dmg laser rifle and high dmg jawa with some powerups and you can do some good dmg. then again I dont solo

This is very good IMO. Don't have to worry bout another CM with cure poison and meditate off diseases. And with a good set of VKs you can unarmed head hit for 400 DMG...nice after you've poisoned them =)

Master Doctor/Master Combat Medic, 0/1/0/4 Marksman allows you to flip-flop between artisan and scout depending on what you need to be doing. This makes it tough to actually hit stuff to do that final damage point but youve only gotta hit once.

For pvp just drop the artisan/scout line for a while, after youre good on resources, or cash to get resources, and go with pistol.

With just a few ppl to fight then mcm/rifleman is ok, but the hideous mind drain from healing, curing poisons, tossing poisons and diseases PLUS mind drain from rifle specials make it very difficult to keep your head right in a sustained, large battle scene. (Unless you use a dlt20a or something).

Im having a blast in the game right now and really hope they dont do anything rash to turn mcm from a combat profession to a carebear profession.

Was Master Combat Medic/Carbineer, but I'm slowly dropping my Carbine skills for Doc skills. I wish there was some way I could keep Novice Carbieer and still Master Doc - I love my Elite so much!



Anyway, I don't bother with Scout or Aritsan - I figure that since this is a Multiplayer game I don't have to do everything myself.

4004 CM, 0440 Doc, Master Rifleman I finished it up so I'm not sure how well it works yet, just buy all my meds and poisons and such from vendors and I'm good to go. So I think
