Kadgarth, Im not stating that CMs cant use area poisons, but What im stating is that in order ot use the most potent CM poisons (C's) you have to be master doc/master CM

I disagree. To use the best Rifleman attacks you dont have to master Carbiner. Yopu don't even have to master Marksman. Doc and Combat Medic are and should remain separate professions.
Speaking of which, area cures and resists should be made and used by CMs, not docs.

I'm thinking
some poisons should have reductions to the target's speed (i.e. refire rate)
full or partial de-buff poisons. (although this would have to be tested significantly to make it fair. Perhaps single target de-buffs would be for the full de-buff and have a significant mind cost, and the partial de-buffs could be a partial) This could be used as the check and balance for the current doctor buffs.
poisons that cause battle fatigue directly. (like slipping someone a mickey), you may think this isn't such a great idea, but it *does* reduce the effectiveness of heals, and the entertainers on your server will love you for sending business their way.
poisons that affect all 3 HAM bars. Naturally these wouldn't have the tick that a single ham stat would have, baiscally to make it simple, take the effectiveness and divide by 3, and that's the tick you'd get on each stat. (so a 600 tick at MCM, you'd get a 200 tick on each stat.)

This is a great point, but depending on what they do with doc buffs and foods, the regen rate would be able to keep them at a pretty even level (of course, if they dont have armor on).
