Thread: Player Correspondent Opening: Combat Medic

I agree several CMs feel their PVE abilities are lacking, but most work with the difficulty and adapt. Those that can't adapt, quit the profession. As my grandpa used to say "When your doubts are hungry, you got to feed your faith"
I found the CMs FUN abilities to be lacking. Since I play this game for entertainment I left. There is still alot of potential in the class though. Sort of why I hang around some...
Just to nitpick a little bit, I wasalready aMaster CM when I helped step in between Filthy and Kavedawg. Actually I've been a Master CM for longer than I've been a Doc now (I got MCM maybe 2 weeks after Master Doc, which I got maybe 3-4 weeks after going live, but I dropped Doc a while back when doing some Holo-professions to try them out, but I've kept CM.)

You don't necessarrily have to be a CM to be a good correspondent, Zarlor proved that. But you do have to believe in the class...

Jeebus, you guys sound like the smugglers. TH wants a correspondent, reply if ya want the job. Otherwise quit trying to get your postcount up.
lmao, well unlike a smuggler whoever takes the combat medic job is going to have a tough time, pretty much everyone hates us, so they're going to be fighting to not get nerfed ,although I don't know how the correspondent board looks, if the other correspondents say stuff about us or not.
So this is going to be one of the most stressful correspondent job there is.

I applied for the position, maybe twice (once with pahdbacca, and sending in this email).. hehe
But I think if I'm chosen I can get the job done, might not be easy, but should be fun none the less ![]()

TH these guys need a nerf.. no profesions should be able to attck 50 people at once for 80m.. i saw this happen last nite .. NERF THEM HARD!!
lmao, troll.
Emalie wrote:Thunderheart I would hope that the person you do choose for this role is completely objective. They need to look at the combat medic class and provide some ideas on how to make it still fun, but with a large reduction of power. Currently, combat medics own any battle, whether they would like to admit it or not. The compaints from the general population are plentiful. People wouldn't complain if they didn't feel like their joy of the game has been ruined completely each and every time they wish to partake in PVP.
Actually, folks would complain regardless. Most of those calling for nerfs have no idea what the profession is or isn't capable of. Most simply got bested by a CM at one point and decided that anyone with 'medic' in his title should never, ever, ever be able to kill their ub3r 'Commando' or 'Teras Kasi Master' or 'Defense Stacker' or [insert flavor of the month profession here].
Nerf cries have always happened anytime a profession has the ability to kill someone. Go figure...

See, I could have done that but I chose not to litter the internet and this forum in particular with more bile.
Good luck to all who apply, we have some very eligible folks.
