This template is more popular for PvE. For PvP fencer/cm and tka/cm are more popular for high defenses and states, rifleman/cm for high damage output. Give it a shot, tho, you can pick up a master melee profession and cm 4404, the "0" being the crafting line.

Sounds good, but I would sugest: Doc4030 rathen then Doc4300. You can use way better cures on yourself.
