Doesn't really bother me, I hate having to wait for my brother (a CM) all the time while we're running through rough terrain hunting. That and I pay more attention to the range to my target than to the CM, so it'd be nice if he could close the gap to within his healing range that much quicker when I space out and get too far away and need him.

I'm sure it caps out at some point, maybe anything over 100 doesn't do anything. But that +40 will give them speed equal to a novice scout with explore 3, thats 24 skill points worth of terrain negotiation (15 for novice scout and 9 for Explore 3). And they will get it with medical experience...what does healing have to do with running in the wild? You can get healing xp sitting in the cantina and never stepping foot in the wild then magically you can navigate the terrain as well as a trained scout? And very close to the abilities of a Master Scout or Ranger.

Terrain Negotiation
- Scout:
- Terrain Negotiation +0-25 (Slope Movement)
- Terrain Negotiation +25-50 (Crawl Speed)
- Ranger:
- Terrain Negotiation +50-75 (Slope Movement)
- Terrain Negotiation +75-100 (Crawl Speed)
That would be nice if they did that to make ranger worth more than just crawl speed. Even with a change like that tho, if the CM changes go in they can get 80 terrain skill with CM and Explore 3 from scout, that will make then as fast as a ranger and faster than a master scout

i say that all classes should get somewhat terrian negotiation when they master...(cept for scouts they already get it/...) cause i mean like alot of people have to drop scout...and its mostly when they want to master something or do something else

I personaly dont know why this is restricted to scout. I believe that basic tents and at least one terrain negotiation should be included for all professions.
Give more to explorers and rangers, but at least give the rest of us novice tents.

Don't understand how the apply it to combat medic.
Doc's have to run all over to get in 7 meters for a heal, CM's can toss across the map.
As a martial artist, I should be able to run faster whan a wookie with a huge rocket launcher.

I'm wanting to go Master commando/Master TKA, but to do this I will have to lose my scout abilities. I think every starting proffesion should get at least +10 terrain negotiation.
