Thread: anti poisen buffs, do they work?

I have 181 potency on my poison's/dieseases they hit every throw or every other....with a 1 second wait..(gotta love attachments)


but my 85 potency 484 effectiveness health poison really doesn't fit the bill ( i went with damage)


but my mind diesease 181 potency 261 effectiveness (hits for 590) (might have the # wrong) work great


im always killed first in pvp...why...well i can solo a jedi with cm stuff

when youmake a 151% 343eff poison (not enhanced) you do fine. Come to wanderhome and buy from me


Also, yeah resist buffs are broken, so dont ever bother buying them ever again. Just like forget about them, yeah thats it you dont need em.

Well I tried a thing with a buddy of mine, he got the buffs, and i trew a couple poisens at him, still collecting resources and skill tapes to make my own, and I wasn't sticking them. I then tried a disease and it stuck, like on the first throw, and then the poisen stuck each time. So try the disease first as well.


But I am a newb at CM, just got master a week ago.

Oh yeah the effectiveness is because no uber resources have spawned for me as of late...looking for class 2 radioactive =-(

Against resist buffed PCs though, 120ish doesn't cut it at all.






I've been using my pre-resist poisons for PvE now which are all generally 130ish and have encounters a resist by a mob maybe twice. I agree that their base is much much lower.


I've got some stuff in a crate I made from a template while wearing an old guildies +25 suit. 420's non-enhanced poisons but all 132pot. Every once in a while I'll find an overt who was too cheap to get resist buffs but otherwise they just bounce off... Now my resist breaker stuff is much much lower effectiveness.
