I dont know what exploit this is you are talking about ( i dont pvp much anymore cause it plain blows in this game with the tripple incappers and leet kiddies running around. If i want PVP i set up HALO) but my diseases singles hit out to around 70m with no pnts spent on range improvements. On the krayts i spend most of my time hunting i can usualy hit from 85-90m due to there super long frame i guess.
One thing that does get on my nerves sometimes is the Ranged Area Stims telling me that the pets i heal while fighting the dragons are out of range at 10m if they are up hill from me and even when i get around to the top side of them untill i toss a ranged single on one of them it still will not let me use my area stims

But with area effect you should be able to hit secondary targets out of the 64m range. which it does atm.
