Just wanted to update everyone on this stuff.

I sent a private email to Xahn on Monday (9/15) about confirming if the Top 5 actually got through to anybody there. But I have yet to get a response on that.

So to follow up I just sent the following in a PM just in case that'll work. I've been sending the request to get confirmation of receipt through, well this will be the third method. We'll see if I get a response on any of them. I will say that it maybe a tad early to hit Xahn up on that again, but I also wanted to get a follow-up on the CM correspondent thing. So at any rate here is whatI sent:

2 things:

1) PLEASE put up that post. I think the CMs are really starting to feel left out in the cold and are itching to get themselves their own correspondent. They thanked me for helping compile an issues list (enlightened self-interest, being a Master CM myself, after all ), but they are kind of feeling like second-hand Docs at the same time. So PLEASE help us out there, as you promised me you would.

2) I sent several emails requesting receipt confirmation of the Doc and CM Top 5 lists. (1 to the correspondent email address, one to your personal SOE account, sorry about that but nothing seems to be flowing back out of the correspondent address .) At any rate if you could at least check to be sure that our second Top 5 lists were received I'd really appreciate it. (Not looking for answers on them from you, mind you, just confirmation that you guys GOT them!)

Word. Too controversial a choice.

Ho: Received the Top 5? I'm not sure about that part. I was only referring to the fact that Part 1 (the request for a CM Correspondent) was taken care of.

On Part 2 I'm still waiting on a clearer response, but I think I will need to resend them to a different email address than the one we had been using because I hear that old address is getting spammed out pretty bad. I don't know what that is, though.

Sometimes those that are the best choices are the Most controversial. Elenora has alrady proved that she can play devils advocate which isnt an easy thing to do. She also looks for the big picture which most of people lack. But in the end i wouldnt nominate someone how doesnt want to Be in the position in the first place. So why not just ask her. Hey elenora Wanna Be the Correspondent?
