when you use the kit it will let you see the stats before you chose. You can abort at any time if you dont find any you like and u keep the resourse kit.

the best spawn on starsider was 802 OQ name is Eehimyl, second best would be 625 OQ Poti

Btw both of these have spawned well over a year ago :/ Closest we've gotten since was a few 400 OQs

To bad you do not have the character on Naritus, I have 73K left of 1000OQ/996 decay Tolium, you can still buy it on some of the resource vendors and it pops up for sale on auction from time to time.
