2 hours is max currently, with dance mind enhancements i am unsure if they increase duration as well as strength but that would be the only other way.

Medical Center doesn't affect music buffs. At least not on TC in New Unity.

In theory, you can get Musical Mind Enhancement enhancements for clothing, no? But I've only ever seen very minor enhancements along these lines. And I haven't really bothered pursuing it because buffing isn't a major part of my life.

Correct - there is no way to increase the duration of a master dancer or master musician buff, only the percent. And the percent is capped at 25, so you can give no more than 125% of the patron's mind or secondaries and then only with CA's that total 25. And any combination of CAs totaling above25 are ignored by the system.

Currently 2 hours ( and 9 seconds) is the ABSOLUTE maximum duration for music or dance buffs. Things may change someday, but that is all you can do now.

a few possiblities:

a city thats an entertainment district, get a healing bonus at least, worth a try
field hospital (factional base) should give you +25% healing, dont know about buffs, once again, if you can find one, give it a try
