The best way to get the XP, and not have to worry about the aggro (well, not really) is in an AOE group, though aim for Melee AOE only. The guys with thier pikes and lightsabers are constatly hitting the lair and drawing aggro, they are always within a short range, they are hitting countless mobs and are taking a nice amount of damage, Keep spamming the sprays and you get XP from a torrent of kills and you rarely draw aggro for any longer then a second. Also, and this is just a preference, go for the level 80 groups, I know its nice to help newbs but it's confusing seeing one HAM bar drop faster then the others, and some newbs draw aggro by accident and generally, they wont protect you as well.
