How many items of clothing does these tapes fit in and what were they again?
Was it 9? Can't remember.

I think there are sevenclothing locations that can hold skilltapes, 8 if you count the WS toolkit which takes the backpack slot.

That depends on your server, on Ahazi its 500k to 4000k per exp skill point, which you need 20 of. Rule of thumb is 1000k per point, but usually its higher for tapes with +3 or more (you need +3 tapes on average to actually get a 12pt suit).

Sorry if it's been posted here a trilion times but i cant access search on here for some reason 
Are there certain npc's/creatures that drop weapon xp tapes? if so what and where are they?

Anything that can drop tapes, can drop weapon experimentation tapes. So basically any NPC on any planet besides Kashyyyk can drop one. Aa'kuans on Talus have a fairly high drop rate of attachments in general and can drop up to +6 ones. Nym's men and Nightsisters drop some higher level tapes, up to +11 or 12 I think. +9 is as high as I've gotten from Nym's though. There drop rate isn't quite as good as the Talus guys.
The real problem here is that it's random. So going attachment farming is only good if you are willing to sell off the ones you don't want and buy the ones you do. Rarely ever have I gotten Weapon experimentation tapes on my own. It happens, but it's just as efficient to find any good attachment and sell it on the forums and then wait for someone to find the one you want and sell it.

Excelent thanks for the advice, au'kuans soundgood, is there a specific spot to get them on talus? or is it missions?

There is a place, and it is a POI on your map. But since this advice has been given about 100,000 times on every professional forum, it is highly camped. Usually on my server, which isn't a very populated one, there are 3 - 4 people there at any given time. And only the ones over level 20 drop the attachments, just so you know.
