Here is a question since you claim that cm's are overpowered that there not that great and that your dps means so much why is it in every battle i see no days it always determed by who had the cm with the best mind poison/disease.
You guys make it sound like al the other combat profestions can jsut unload 1k per second on anyone but you fail to take in account that most of the time were lucky to get a hit of 100-200 points of damage per second on a random pool with armor and mitigration. Take my attack with my LLC i can hit about on average 5000 damage in pve using LS1 thats about 1250 in pvp now reduce it by another 74% due to armor it now 325, now since a llc hardly can fire a special move every sencon im hitting about 325 every 3 seconds, now also factor in accuracy and my oponents ranged defences and Dodge,Counter Attack,and Block, now there is a very good chance i will miss a shot that will tak way one oh may attack rounds and cost me another 3 seconds beofre i can shot again. now lets say im using a pistol and attacking with eye shot i usally get a hit of 1k in pve so thats gonan be about 250 in pvp now factor in armor at around 74% and holly freakin hell im hitting at a whoping 65 points of damage. and once again i have to worry about missing and so on, not mention i didnt even factior in ranged mitigration which would reduce my max dmg on my gun by 60%.
But no cm's are just so danm special you get to unload your dot attack and not worry about accuracy, not worry about mitigration, not worry about armor, not worry about 75% reduction and you wonder why the hell everyone is going cm/riffleman.

your joking right? you think 150 every 10 seconds is still damn good... did you factor in that with just moun gold and drink/food buffs that 150 damage will of regenerated in those 10 seconds.... might just as well take cures out of the game because docs won't be needing them anymore.
I'll tell you just2 reasons by so many ppl are going CM:
1: Stackers... when a master combat class can't hit someone that stacked his defences, what are going to people do? and thats change their template to something thats more effective in PvP.
2: Buffs... Buffs are a must for PvP now damage taken to the health and action pools are regenerated so quickly that people are going to target the weakest pool, and thathappens to be the MIND.. and what 2 classes are the best at hitting thispool?could it be Combat medics and Rifleman? and guess which classes are people crying nerf over at the moment?

On your second point yes buffs are a big part of it its also a reality that a mind attack is more powerful than a health or action attack, so sure that’s one of the reasons cm’s are so powerful. But make no mistake about it while there is a delay on poisons once they stat they tick fast, fast enough that a 150-200 tick would empty a person mind even if they were on moun.
Test it make a poison that’s less quality that would do about 200 dmg a tick launch it on a guy with a strong mind and a moun gold, even a 200 tick poison will drain his mind plain and simple plus you can still use diseases which when stacked with poisons incapes the player.
A 150-200 point dot attack on a pool that can’t be healed is very powerful don’t kid yourself
To be honest people really are going to have to wait for the much promised combat revamp... and once that takes place then its time to judge whats overpowered and whats not..

Both TKM and Rifleman can deal easily 10x that damage...

OMG!!! Look at me! I can pwn 20 ppl in a row with my defense stacked pvp template and I dont have any medic skills! But if a CM comes along he can kill me because I can't get +1000 poison defesnse! OMG!!! Nerf the CM's so I can be the uber god and pwn everyone in the pvp world!!!!! /go me! to hell with other people professions.

I kick my buddies ass all the time and he is a combat medic.....but wait!!! I am a DOCTOR! Don't want to be poisoned pick up some doctor skills simple. Oh but I am sorry that would mean people would have to give up their stacked defense, my bad we can't have that can we? So pathetic that just because some people templates have a weakness they call for a nerf so they can feel better about themselves.

CM's very easily can decimate a combat group. "Get a doctors" Does not cut it it. Untill Docs get Area poison heal, then theres a major flaw with poison/disease.

Shouldnt Combat Medics be healing hurt team mates IN combat MORE than killing the enemy better than the group he/she is in? Just because you have combat in your name doesnt mean you are a combat class.These idiot CMs dont want a reduction because then they would have to play thier role and not be more lethal than a bounty hunter.CM's say thier dot would be real low well thensay helloto the concept of BALANCE. After a pvp reduction, it still will be far better than any other dot with the 100% accuracy and bypassing of armor.
It sickens me to see CM's try to say thier poisons arent too much when Ive already seen on chilastra and other servers, at least 8 people incaped on 3 ticks ( not even 4 seconds inbetween ) at the same exacttime. A doctor cannot heal the damage fast enoug that CMs caus.
Picture 8 tough fighters, full armor, all masters or close to, suddenly incapped by a single medic.
All professions reflect their prerequisite, as such it would make logical sense forcombat medics to be so as well. ( this doesnt include jedi ) A single line of combat xp based skill boxes should not allow you to do what you do.
Maybe you CMs should start being better healers than fighters.
It is kinda hard to heal anyone when your dead 1/2 sec after you throw a poison. In PVP it is pretty much instant death. I would love to run around throwing ranged heals and area heals but the sec someone sees me throwing anything, I am looking at the sky.
put 2 and 2 together..... your dead most of the time because people know how lethal a cm is when unprovoked, being able to chuk death , never miss, and hit multiple people, with no reduction of any kind. CM,s your arguments dont add up. You say you need it because you will be instantly killed. Well thats a by product of the abuse with poisons. CM's you are ruining combat and its pathetic that you can't care less. Selfish realy.
Im not asking to get rid of poisons, but it either needs a pvp reduction,or just more practical ways to get rid of poison,or even give docs aoe poison/disease cure ability. One doc cannot fix the damage one CM does. That doesnt add up and its not balanced. For every CM, there should be A ( 1, ONE ) doctor, not 4-5 master doctors lurking with a group.
