Problem with Rifle is the mind usage vs damage output... Master Rifle is good, but the Mind HAM costs get a bit insane... for me anyhow. I enjoy being able to chain heal H/A forever + toss poisions/disease, rifle well 4-5 shots and you're low on mind dosen't seem very efficent to me.
