Man that is something fierce. Glad it is in Imperial hands. That vial alone could silence the rebellion
It took all of 3 ticks to take out all 6200 something points of mind that I had. (1100 mind from stat migration, dancer buff, double buff vercupti, 2 brandy, muon, and power boost)

Agreed. Effectiveness was going to be super high either way. I would have shot for like 200 potency before dumping points into the effectiveness of it.
