Combat Medic Archive

Well I tested it on a lvl 18 mob, it works just like on the lvl 1 mob, its not health based in tick and it tick for an amazing 40 dmg when its done. Mob had 2048 hp, applied disease and when it stoped ticking the mob had 2008 hp left.. So basicly the crappiest thing I've seen todate.
