i mostly just found it funny.
the key, for me, to fun and successful pvp, is much more about a well setup F-bar, the right rifle power-ups, the right rifle and good disease poison combos.
You do need to judge who you're fighting, their current mind state, whether they are mind buffed, dr buffed, on a spice downer. So many things to take advantage of, you simply have to learn from experience how to gauge, prepare and respond to these signs.
ultimately, its all about the f bar
it is not TK style get in there, live forever and duke it out but you don't see many tk's fighting in PvP for a reason these days. the combat system is unbalanced in our favor atm.

There are more TKM in this game than any other class. A large majority of combat templates include TK skill especially the meditate line as it is well worth the points. TKM only have an AP1 kinetic weapon but also get a +205 unarmed damage bonus and 200+ accuracy bonus as well as toughness and mitigation (which is being removed).
I sling poo since its not worth slinging stims. Hell at least as a EQ cleric I was able to get paid for any subcomponents I used by the group.

First thing If you pvp against anything like a doctor you do the following
/supressionshot1
/flurryshot2
/flushingshot2
this will knockdown a doctor...which means no curing of dizzy
then proceed to
/apply poison
/appy diesease
this is where the fun stuff comes in
/mindshot2
/headshot3
Use a T21 Because it has AP3 (armor piercing 3 for those that do not know)
oh yes and for melee
/startleshot2
/flurryshot2
/supressionshot1
the startleshot will stun the melee meaning stopping them from using burstrun to catch you...
then proceed to
/apply poison
/apply diesease
Well that should help ya...l8ter man

Also be aware of what the person is wearing armor wise
If they have ubese on use a DXR6 b rifle and useheadshot3with mind poison/diesease
or if they have composite...test it to see if its stun armor...if its not
Use jawa ion rifle with or headshot3 and poison
If you hit for mind and dont get nothing dont get discouraged...most people usually dont have full body armor for stun protection
Use a strafeshot2 to test this then if they aren't protected continue to use the knockdown technique and use strafe and health poison on them or action...depending on which one....

Strartleshot does not stun, it's a posture change (up). Flushingshot stuns.

i open up with:
single mind poison c vs single target
aoe mind poison c vs multiple targets
followed by:
flushing shot
flurry shot
suppression
followed by:
headshot vs buffed or;
strafe2 vs unbuffed
vs armoured use a jawa
vs unarmoured use a laser or t21
vs melee use burst run to kite
