quick question, thinking of chaning my MDEF/MLS 3000 enhancer 2000 heal, to a MDEF/MLS 4040 heal is that a good move?

Actually you got 13 SP left over.
Most people using this general template idea go for MLS / Def 4040 / Enh 3402 / Heal 4000.

yea it is nice but i can live without that and channel
