My method;

Get a ton of the raw components for advanced components. If you're getting Lok wheat put 7 harvesters on a good spot, have 2 power generators and your house to store stuff. When the resources change move your harvesters if something good turns up. If nothing good turns up get the tatooine fiberplast with 3 harvesters, keep the power generators always and save some money. You'll never have to go Lok again and run that mine field.

Some things are easier than others.

Dantooine berry fruit..go to the mining fort up North. You can place harvesters right outside of the town on the purple ground. Tatooine fiberplast is very common at high concentration. Talusian water vapor is best gotten near the imperial fort on Talus, you can place them in the low areas of the hills.

I usually wait to mid afternoon to set harvesters and just look for other people's harvesters that have been set up. There are a lot of hardcore people out there who cahange harvesters as soon as resources change.

Tips: save lots of cash for travelling expenses, save lots of power for harvesters, carry deeds on you so you can drop them on something good right away.

I decided to go with collecting the 2 resources that I could find with good quality(Lokwheat, talus water) and waiting for the resources to change on other planets. Currently on Bloodfinboth theDat berries and Tat fiberplast are < 100 overall quality. Thanks everyone for your replies!

Can someone please classify the quality of resources?

EX:

100-500 = poor

501-1000 = average

1000+ = premium

This is just an example but I think that you get the idea. I think that would be useful for us guys who are really try to craft effectively.
