theres really no point in doctor 4000, you can't have any effective poison/disease cures without the med use tree so no point in that :S

That is not necessarily true. You can make Cures using Janta bloods then experiment them down to med use 55. You will ned a master doc with 12 points probaby to do it right though. So expect it to be costly.
