400 days eh? I find that hard to believe. Ask around on you're trade forum, even if you just get 10k, or even 5k, of each kind of resource, you can make a LOT of cm meds w/ that for personal use.

Some resources are gated on certain stats. For Titanium Aluminium, the CD will never EVER be higher then 408, b/c its gated. This is to prevent some things from being to uber, mainly armor. Oq on any resource is never gated, thats a fact.
