"Base range" meaning unless I put 2 points into the pack it stays at 30 range (60m). I think I goofed on the typing earlier.

And the accusation was bad on my part. Just had a bad day and was a bit frusturated then came to read more "Just remove CM's from the game" posts which got me worked up even more.

I should just break down and buy some havla just to spite those griefers like I did those GDK.
