Actually our mind poison doesn't kill in PVP...It incaps.

This is not an issue that questions just CM...it is a game mechanic that is wrong...the mind pool should never be a fatal attack for any profession. Disabling yes...killing...no!
Mind poison is never fatal. Never has been. It incapacitates you. The resulting DB while incapped by the ever so evil CM is the fatal part. So what are you asking? nerf DBs?
Ok sure, I hear you say...what if someone puts a knife into my brain...or uses a poison that physically effects the brain? well then that would be just as deadly as any health/action attack. But in this game, the mind pooldoesnt represent the physiology of the brain, but rather the thought processes....Focus....will-power...the ability to think and act intelligently. Therefore the principle of a disease/poison that effects the mind pool stat is never going to be fatal in the way that it currently is.
Your post is mind poison and I feel Incapacited from reading your BS. Every class has their niche/class defining abilities. If you feel it is imbalanced and unfair because your chosen profession of the week isn't kicking ass at PVP against a single CM then I suggest you re-evaluate your skills. It's a game get over it, CMs have enough crap to deal with, without having poison nerf bandwagon wannabe trolls roaming free on our boards.
To SOE I say:
Nerf all you want I'll just make my poisons stronger faster better until you beat us down to nothing more than Stimpack Chemists with an affectation for making Pine Oil Cocktails.

If we're applying real world logic then it should take us 50 years to get to the nearest planet because there are no shuttles.
