Jkray8472 did some testing on our skill tapes and all of our tapes outside of Exp and Assembly don't work period.
You can't read.
"Don't work period" means at all. A bit into the thread and at the end testing was done about non-MCMs and tapes. Outside of our crafting tapes, CM tapes "don't work period."

If you are 4xx4 CM, will the tapes benefit you? of course they are worthless to MCMs but what if a 4xx4 CM got +25 effectiveness, then he would do the same damage as a master and save 29 skillpoints.

They were tested with a non-master also. They don't wrok for anybody.
