Or you could be half way smart and bring an dancer and have them make a camp right by where you are attacking and if you get i nthe crap pop some fish/glazed/muon until you need to bail and go check out the ent's while your crew holds donw the fight...think of it like a line change in hockey.,... quit yer moaning peoples he's hit the nail right on the head.

How would you like it if riflefolk can shoot thru the cracks of the walls of a bldg? There you are minding your own buisness when BAM! Shot cameflying thru a hole in the wall and spills your brains out all over the dancers. Most people cant shoot / attack thru walls, why make it different?

Max throw range is about 80m for AE packs. Add a 35m radius to that, and you can potentially be hit from 115m away.

It's something that was supposed to be addressed in December, but the devs never really fixed it after all. Will it be fixed eventually? Someday, I'm sure. Expect it being capped to 65+35 sometimes in the next 1-5 months.

As for the AE ignoring line of sight, that's poor design from the beginning. All AE's are that way, and always have been. It's only really noticeable on the CM, because of the extreme range they can get from packs. Most other AE attacks are only a few metres, where CM's can hit a 35m radius with solid packs.

A bit unbalanced, yeah. Whine about it, maybe they'll fix line of sight on AE's.

Well it doesnt make sense how they can throw through walls, that completely ruins the idea to hide in a house when you are hiding from opposite faction inside a private house, and the whole thing about them hitting every single time is just dumb, a master bounty hunter misses me alot but a cm can throw a canister from 110m away and hit me perfectly. and i have no hard feelings against cm's they just ruin pvp, huge battles are fun as hell til a cm comes and just mind poisons everyone so you have no chance to fight back even with docs. i hate when a cm is on my team too, poisoning someone then running away like a little girl then coming back to db when you are incapped is not any fun for me and just **edit** fighting.

at 15m range, i'll probably do more damage throwing the poison canister directly AT your head O.o


15-20m range is plain silly... unless all guns are "nerfed" to have 20m range. poisons/diseases are our weapon, andour skillsrequire a part of marksman to get... why should our attack have melee range?

Nerf the range. That's all that needs to be done I think. Range should be about 15 - 20m.

I don't think I would go that far. It's better then not having any mind heal. I know members of my PA really appriciate it and I know there are times that it saves our butts by keeping our tank off the ground and absorbing the hits.

i also remember people whining and demand that i heal their mind right now because they're incapped, while i'm trying to use AoE stims to save the rest of the group and reserving my mind heals for heavy tanks (like commandos, melee folks, etc) it's like how people bother the docs for rez, but at least docs get more respect...


but i guess that's just some people

There isn't a single skill as horrible as this, you cripple yourself just using it once...it's crap, it has no place in PvP, it's suicide, I could care less about PvE since combat medics have no place there in general.

I can heal you from 30 meters away. Not only you, but the 6 guys around you as well (plus a pet or two). I can also kick in about 400 points of damage on every mob in a 38 meter radius of you every 10 seconds.


Tell me again why I have no business in PVE?
