I'm a TKM/CM 4/4/0/4, like you are aspiring towards.
You have no area ability. This is a setback, but it doesn't negate the power of the meds you *can* use. I can poison enemies from 70 out with 500+ ticks, or B disease that adds up very quickly in group PvP (forget about diseasing solo or one on one).
Best part of the combo is that when you hit people from that range, they tend to charge you, thinking you're all about distance only. They run right into my KD/dizzy, and the fight is over.
And if they figure out you're melee and run, you can pop them again. Enemies tend to panic at this point.
So, summary: you're virtually unbeatable in melee, and you can cover yourself with a serious DOT from great distances. Its a good combo.
Someone mentioned that both these professions *really* pay off at Master, and he's dead right. By not mastering one, you're giving up a lot the profession has to offer. I'm considering swapping my TKM for Master CM to see how it plays with the other side beefed up, then deciding which way to go permanently.
