Trust me, Master BH sucks for PvP. Sucks hard.

MCM / Doc wouldn't be good for PvP. It'd be decent for support class. But if you're doc you need to be ready to heal poison and disease and dizzy states. If you're CM you're moving between killing the ham of enemies and popping area stims and healing mind. I think a Doc / MCM would be overworked. At the same time you could never really pvp, you have 0 defense mods or mitigation.
