Yup.
Spray generates a monumental amount of hate from critters/npcs. Use it very sparingly in PvE when there are multiple possible enemies around. It'll aggro stuff that you're not even fighting yet if they're close.

You dont need a macro, go into the keymap and click on the target tab, you can bind a key there.
Anyway, the correct syntax is /ui action cycleTargetOutward.Case sensitive.
