I just recently placed a hospital for my city, i am wondering if i must keep the master combat medic for the the hospital to stay, or if i can drop CM now that ihave it down, anyone know?

From everything I've ever seen or heard, you can retain the hospital even if you give up the Master Box. In fact, the hospital will remain even if the city it was placed in dissappears.
You simply need to be a Master CM or Doc in order to place the structure or have it transferred to you.

Does any one of you still maintain a Hospital at your Player City?
Was wondering how much does it cost to:
1) Buy One (Cost in Creds)
2) Set-Up Cost (Cost in Lots)
3) Cost in Maintenance (Creds) and
4) Does anyone use it anymore?

In answer to your questions:
1)We got ours made by our Architect, normally I think they cost about 500k
2)3 Lots (6x7 grid)
3)It is not a civic structure, so the owner has to pay (must be a Master Doctoror Combat Medic) it costs about the same as a large house, I believe.
4)Of course! I'm not sure how a large city would cope without one - we lost ours for a week and the citizens were going crazy. The only city that could cope without one is a city with no real citizens! We have 200 residents and the hospital is used constantly.

does anyone besides me miss the hospital? no one is ever in there anymore and i feel depressed when i think that it was i nice safe place for me to perform my art and now it is practically useless becasue no one is there and i cant heal wounds anymore...

i still use them now i had to drop novice doc, but it really is rare to see another person in them. best traffic they see is for something cybernetic related.

lol last time i have been in a hospital was well.......a long time ago when i was grinding out doc never had a need to go to one since i am tkm and heal my own wounds

I made my custom hospitial
. with all diffrent kinds of blood vials, death watch overlord's blood sample, cure for viruses, bacta tanks. it looks better then most =D

even the best decorated hosptial doesn't give function back. hospitals in towns may as well be sealed up like the houses there. its robbed content and i know, content isn't well appreciated in game, or at least thats the trend. aesthetics mean nothing, i'm a function man. if you can't use it, its as good as a broken sandstat.

Yeah I miss them. Used to be a lot of people there when the game launched.
