Why aren't CM actions put in the combat queue?

During lag, mind heals, poisons, diseases etc queue up, but not in the combat queue, meaning you can't clear your poison/disease queue in battle.
Add this to the rooting animation and you die pretty quick.

If you choose to throw 3 poisons, toss one off and then someone starts attacking you, you run about 10m and then stop to throw more poison unable to cancel the "background queue" of actions. Due to the lack of any damage mitigation or defense, you die quickly.

Area heals use the same timer as poisons (ie, you can not do that again for 4 seconds), but go in the combat queue. If you throw a poison, heal, poison, heal it seems to use a different queue as the combat queue you have control over and does them in this order. Sometimes you get the message "You can not do this for 4 seconds" and sometimes they queue up. When the other party hits peace, these actions continue to queue up but in the background queue, meaning you cant cancel the actions, usually wasting poisons, disease, area stims etc.

Why not make throwing poisons just like any other attack and speed cap it at 4 seconds? Why is it considered a heal? I do find it somewhat ironic that you throw a spider venom poison and it shows a system message "You are now ready to heal more damage.".

Maybe make it so when you click a poison on your toolbar it adds an /applypoison command into your combat queue. Currently you don't enter into combat until you successfully apply a poison or disease to an enemy, at which point the enemy "auto-defends" and brings you into combat. I think throwing a poison should be treated as a hostile action and as soon as you throw a poison you should enter combat, have it added to your queue, and be attacked by npcs.

/applypoison and /applydisease would be a little more useful if you could at least specify a target pool and poison level (ie /applypoison mind c)

Overall, I think mind heals, poisons and diseasesshould be added to the combat queue. Additionally throwing poisons and diseases should be a combat action, putting you into combat regardless of whether the poison or disease stick. This would also mean if someone hit peace, you would not automatically peace, and continue throwing poisons, you would actually have to click clear and peace, or finish your combat queue and then click peace.

I agree, especially when with SEAs I can throw at the speed cap this turns into a very big problem, not only just spamming the same poison, but also that every second I stop for 3 seconds if I press the key one too many times.

I agree with you, it would be nice to have our poisons queued.

As forthe not sticking thing, it'll probably be gettin rid of soon enough anyway, no need to fret over it ^_^.

Since when do our speed SEA's or any other attachments work?

Ranged healing speed +25 attatchment will work just like Havla did.

I'm virtually certain that healing speed tapes don't affect poison/disease. It would be an easy thing to test though, check timestamps.

I second that...95% of the people I've talked to saythey don't work.

I think I have a +9 hat somewhere that I can try it out on though.

Poison and Disease throwing was "fixed" to take a minumum of 4 seconds. This was to prevent using havla to spam our offensive meds. This "fix" makes the ranged healing speed modifier esentially meaningless.

Hmm, ok. I throw poisons every two seconds, and I have +7 in my PvP outfit. I guess I'm special

Take lag into effect.

What you see happening on your screen isn't necessarily happening in game. The animation will let me toss every 2 seconds too but I'm still rooted for 4 and my poisons LAND 4 seconds apart (confirmed). I also keep running and shooting while warcried for a while after its landed (but to everyone else I'm not) and it takes several seconds if it even shows up to be knocked down.

Duel someone and have them time the amount each poison lands on them. Otherwise that +7 is just for looks. Take in mind that the 4 second minimum timer installed is supposed to be a set thing as in nothing affects it.
